Our restaurant offers eel rice bowls at three different price points.Until now, we have only served Japanese eels farmed overseas, but in order to allow as many customers as possible to enjoy delicious eel to their heart's content, we now offer unaju (eel rice bowl) made with domestically farmed eels and unaju made with eels raised in carefully selected water and environments, in addition to our traditional unaju.

Enjoy our special unaju (eel rice bowl) in a bento box! Our "eel bento takeout" is perfect for any occasion, including meetings, training sessions, business entertainment, farewell and welcome parties, social gatherings, family get-togethers, and various events. We offer regular, premium, and extra-premium eel in three grades: Matsu, Take, and Ume.(※The photo is an example.))

We offer three types of eel, each available in three different portion sizes: Matsu (pine), Take (bamboo), and Ume (plum).

Until now, we have only offered unaju (eel rice bowl) made with Japanese eels farmed overseas. However, in order to allow as many customers as possible to enjoy delicious eel to their heart's content, we now offer three types of unaju: the traditional unaju, an unaju made with domestically farmed eels, and an unaju made with eels raised in carefully selected water and environment.
